Is Windows still not able to establish a connection?
If you get an error when trying to connect, do the following.
Open up Powershell as Administrator.
To do this, press the Windows Key, and type “Powershell”. Powershell will appear in your start menu.
Right click on Powershell and select “Run as administrator”
Copy and paste the following line into Powershell and press Enter.
REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PolicyAgent /v AssumeUDPEncapsulationContextOnSendRule /t REG_DWORD /d 2
This will add the required registry key to your system.
Reboot your computer so that the new key value is loaded.
You will now be able to connect!
